Proud to announce that our Foundry teams have been honored with two Gold Awards at the QCFI 2026 Convention organized by the Quality Circle Forum of India under the theme, “Innovate and Improve — Everyday, Everyone, Everywhere.” The recognition reflects our commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Gold Award – Manager Kaizen Category

Team JYOTI 3E Innovators received the Gold Award for its case study, “The 30-Day Mixer – Defying OEM Timelines through In-house Innovation.” The team developed and commissioned a 5-ton core sand mixer in-house within four weeks, achieving significant cost savings while enhancing production capacity and process efficiency.

Gold Award – TQM Category

Team JYOTI 3E Zero Defect CoreGuard received the Gold Award for its case study, “Blow Hole Reduction and COPQ Improvement.” Through structured quality improvement and design optimization, the team reduced blow hole rejection from 21.54% to 0.96%, delivering substantial COPQ savings and improved process standardization.
