Jyoti has also set up a paint shop for its Indian manufacturing operations comprising 7 stank pre-treatment process followed by a cathodic electro deposited primer coating and conveyorized baking with powder coating booths. There are 4 powder coating booths for different colours. The finished machined and sheet metal components are processed for surface coatings of liquid painting or powder coating as per the requirement at the paint shop
