An employee-centric badminton initiative to promote fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a healthy work-life balance among the Jyoti family. The tournament witnessed an enthusiastic response from employees, with participation across multiple categories: 102 entries in Men’s Singles, 77 pairs in Men’s Doubles, 10 entries in Women’s Singles, 8 pairs in Women’s Doubles, and 16 pairs in Mixed Doubles. Beyond being a sporting event, Jyoti Shuttle Smash provides employees with an opportunity to connect beyond their regular work roles, build stronger interpersonal relationships, develop team spirit, and showcase their talent. Such initiatives contribute to a positive, energetic, and inclusive workplace culture, while encouraging employees to prioritize physical well-being and active participation.
