We commemorate a significant achievement that embodies our future goals as Jyoti CNC’s Centre of Excellence wraps up its first year. The Centre has become a platform for learning, innovation, and capability building during the past year, surpassing corporate requirements to develop individuals prepared for the workforce. The Centre of Excellence continues to strengthen the workforce and advance the more general objective of creating a competent and independent country via targeted skill development, practical experience, and a dedication to excellence. Over the past year, the Centre of Excellence (COE) successfully facilitated over 470 training programs, engaging 11,200+ participants across the organization.
