Product Manager/Business Development Manager Department Sales and Marketing
A result oriented person with an experience of 5-10 years in the direct selling of industrial goods preferably capital goods/machine tools. Should have a capability to generate a sales volume of a specific product-line through direct/indirect channels. Responsible to motivate front end sales team through generation of comprehensive data bank of potential customers/industrial segments with in-depth research of assigned product basket and competitor offerings. Should be capable to offer constant improvement feedbacks and strategic inputs to management to uplift the product line and scale up the product line to product leadership.
Preferably should possess mechanical engineering background. Management education would add an extra advantage
Relationship Manager/Key Accounts Manager Department Sales and Marketing
A dynamic person carrying pleasant personality with an extraordinary communication and inter personnel skills with an experience of 5-10 years in handling key corporate accounts. The person is responsible to take care the assigned key accounts in terms of approaching, understanding requirements, efficient and result oriented liasoning between the account and company for all kind of pre-sales and after sales activities. Ultimate goal would be to establish very strong and long lasting relationship with an account.
Graduate (Preferably engineering), Management education would be added as an extra advantage
